Ya’ll need to get rid of this AI. I tried to call the office to verify they got my medical documents that my doctor faxed before my appointment and couldn’t get in contact with anybody. There was a person that called me in the morning to confirm my appointment then hung up on me when I asked him about verifying if the office got my documents. This practice is a grade A Plus from the moment I step through the door to when I left. The check-in process was very quick even though I was a new patient and the check-in lady was Charming efficient and friendly. The doctor was very sharp, very modern, is studying hard and is very knowledgeable and up-to-date. I am not easily impressed usually, but he was impressive.
