Horrible customer service and completely unhelpful. I booked an appointment through zocdoc days in advance, and it was marked confirmed. I called this morning to ask a question before my appointment, and the person that answered the phone had horrible customer service. He let me know Dr.Ahmed wasn’t in the office today, and I would have to reschedule an appointment I booked days ago. Dr. Ahmed (plus ALL of the staff at Parris and Associates) was absolutely wonderful! Dr. Ahmed was early in seeing me, but took his time finding out about what brought me there. The staff were all so nice and helpful as well. I’m very happy I was referred to this practice!
