I used Parrett's Meat Processing for the 1st time this year (2010). I had been using another meat processing plant for years and became suspicious about whether or not I was really getting the grain fed beef that I took in. My suspicions were confirmed when I got my beef back from Parrets. There is a world of difference in the taste and texture of the beef processed by Parrets. My beef tastes like it used to years ago. I highly recommend Parrets. They are the only meat processors I feel I can trust. Thanks Parrets!!!!
