Blanca is very friendly and very competent.
Put off getting ingrown removed for a while. I think the majority of people don’t like the idea of getting needles put in your toes LMAO, but Dr. Parrett is clearly good at what he does, I finally manned up and went in, let him know I’m typically not bad with needles but under the circumstances obviously I was a bit worried… probably one of the most painless things ever. If I could give zero stars I would. Made a 2 pm appointment. Nowhere was I ever communicated to be there at 145pm. Just early, as shown in text images to confirm. I arrived at 155 and was told I could not fill out paperwork and appointment was cancelled. This makes you look like an office that communicates poorly with patients and does not truly operate in the best interest of the patients.
Dr. Parrett had great bedside manner and technique. I was thoroughly impressed with his care and the warmth and attention-to-detail from his staff. Would recommend.
Always pleased with the care … from making my appointment, the pleasant staff, and Dr Parrot … I wish all medical care was the same for everyone… thank you
