My family has been going to Parrelli Optical in North Andover for over a decade--since my oldest son got his first pair of contact lenses. We couldn't be happier with the personalized care we receive at Parrelli. Matthew, the optician who taught all three of my kids to put on their contacts, is an expert at guiding new contact wearers to be successful in their new visual world.
All of the staff are great and knowledgeable. I have gone 3 different times to get new glasses and they were great each time. Thank you!
Just wanted to shout out to Matthew Mahoney who went out of his way to be very helpful... I needed new nose guards for my Maui Jim's and he delivered !! Great customer service all around, if you need something.. give them a try.
Parrelli Optical really cares about their customers. I felt very comfortable talking to them about finding new glasses. They also went the extra mile to ensure I got what I was looking for at a price within my budget.
I have been a customer for over 20 years. After trying other shops I always ended up back at Parelli in Beverly. The quality of the frames is always first rate but more important is the level of service. There has never been a doubt when purchasing glasses there that they will work with you until they are perfect no matter the issue or how long it takes.
