RecommendedParelli's in Danvers is a terrific Optical provider. I found their service to be warm, friendly, efficient and impeccable. Both Garrett and Christina were especially helpful to me as I went through my new glasses selection process, fitting, adjustment, etc. I did try other optical stores but definitely found this one to be top notch! RecommendedI highly recommend Parrelli Optical! Great place and great people! You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do. I appreciate that they take the time to get me into contact lenses and glasses that fit perfectly and I never feel rushed. They are also very good with children's exams and especially helpful (and patient) when making the hard decision of picking out that first pair of glasses :) I am so grateful to Kevin who has gone out of his way more than once to help me out! RecommendedI thought I lost the pin to my glasses last night and was so upset. I called Parrelli and Kevin was so nice and said come by between 11-12 and call from the parking lot and he will come out and get my glasses, fix them and disinfect. Kevin saved the day and would not take any money. Just another example of someone going the extra mile during these difficult times
RecommendedHuge thank you to Kevin at Parrelli Optical who fixed my glasses for me while I waited in the car. It had gotten to the point where I was struggling to have focused vision and was getting daily headaches from reading during this COVID 19 pandemic. I called out of desperation and Kevin accommodated my need by checking my glasses from a distance, fixing, sanitizing and rechecking. Parrelli Optical has outstanding customer service from all, and this is just one example of how they go way above and beyond!!
