Been our family mechanic for as long as i cam remember.... and cause i couldnt afford to see them. I had to go see a cheaper mechanic. Now that im back in a good place.. these guys are top notch. Very very honest. Know what there doin (came in with a camshaft sensor timing fault) as well as a major service and rwc. These guys have gone above n beyond and will forever greatful. Tyler and the team were amazing! Great communication in keeping me updated on the diagnosis to the progress of the repairs being done. Service was top notch and the transparency of the costs in the options I had was great to hear. Best place to go for any 86/BRZ needs! Definitely will be returning to get parts installed in the future.
Absolutely wow! These guys are so friendly and helpful. This place seems like The place to bring your cars. The is a wealth of knowledge from anyone you talk to here. I spoke to Karen on the phone and I'm so glad I didn't assume to know more than her, she provided info and advice that blew my mind! Had purchased a vehicle that was shifted between states with PVS listed in the service logbook and the customer service went above and beyond with being able to provide detailed information on the vehicle despite them not being able to get anything in return. Indicates to me that they are a very well meaning and caring team over there
I recently got my 2019 WRX STI serviced and retuned by Tyler and the team at PVS. The quality and professionalism they offered was amazing! The whole team I interacted with were very kind and polite not only to me but to everyone who entered the shop while I was there. Tyler who did the work on my car treated it as his own and did an amazing job with it, kept it clean while having it and spending the time to explain everything to me that has been done. I highly recommend using PVS for anything mechanical or tuning
