An extremely confused and unorganised team. Never informed me insurance repairs are approved when they are the ones who should have informed. I had to follow up myself, than a lady informs oh yes they are approved and books me in for repairs Considering their efficiency when i ask are all repairs approved before i drop my vehicle in she advises after checking once again that no they are partly approved? I’m sure grade 5 students can run a business better than the teams here.
Fantastic service from the team at Parramatta Smash repairs. Fast , efficient and professional. My Mercedes was perfect and shining like new when I picked it up.
Great experience. Customer service is good, the quality of the work they’ve done are great. And didn’t take very long time to get the repair work done on my vehicle.
