The experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. The sales manager completely stops responding once the deal is done. Whenever I visit the dealership for any post-sale queries, I’m simply asked to send an email—but those emails are never answered. The after-sales service is terrible and it feels like they only care until you sign the papers. I expected much better customer service and follow-up. If you value good after-sale support, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
I am a man of honsty, and I will always believe people are too until I had my experience with Parramatta MINI garage. A simple problem warning indicating the "socket flap open" after 1 year of my replacing of the right door. The garage says from here I quote " warning came on the dash . carried out test module on central locking system ,there is no function check on this specific drive unit . the sensor is build in the drive unit . so require replacing the charging flap . no visible damaged on the car .
