Terrible! I had arranged to view a vehicle advising the consultant I was travelling from the far South Coast, confirming again the day before arrival the time I anticipated being on site. Upon arrival I was advised the vehicle had been loaned out and they didn't know when it would be back. I was 99% going to buy the vehicle but after that experience I have been very put off, very disappointing, not only 10 hours return travel for me but fuel obviously what a waste of time and money, no care or thought from the Consultant... ... read more
I had the pleasure of engaging with Jason from Parramatta Mini Garage. I troubled him a lot with my requests and multiple changes. I changed the models atleast three times but he dealt with me patiently. Accommodated my requests everytiime. Found me the car I wanted finally. The dealership and its staff were really good. I would highly recommend them.
The staff were super helpful approaching us whenever we needed and answered every single question we had thrown at them with the patience to see it all through Jason was especially so kind and helpful would recommend!
