Viewed a 2024 Honda ZRV a week ago which we agreed to buy. Reza assisted us with the process which went smoothly and we were excited to pick up the car on Saturday. Final documents signed and keys handed over and then the whole experience was ruined when we walked up to the car - it had not been washed and was presented to us like that with a red bow amazingly. Disappointing and frustrating experience, and this was just for a quote! My car key broke over the weekend, so I started calling on Monday. No one answered. I left voicemails on both the “parts” and “service” lines, no reply. I called again on Tuesday and finally spoke to someone, explaining that it was an urgent quote so I could get my keys fixed.
