I called four times before I was able to get an appointment. The operator was a very annoying old man, and it was difficult to communicate with him. I made the appointment and told them I needed the car that same day, and they responded that it couldn't be guaranteed. I couldn't imagine why my car would take seven hours to be serviced. Been calling for days for servicing but no 1 picks up nor calls back. Whats the point of having servicing services when no1 answering. Cant even take it to other mechanics coz of the issues you guys raise. There’s no online option either to book servicing online.

I recently purchased a HAVAL H6 Ultra HEV from the Parramatta showroom, and it was by far the most disappointing and frustrating car-buying experience I’ve ever had. To start, the customer service was shockingly poor. Chris, the assistant manager, displayed an attitude that was not only unprofessional but also felt outright racist. Kudos to every team member at the dealership for their outstanding service! Harley and Angus were prompt in responding to all our questions and requests. A special thanks to Chris, who truly listened, understood exactly what we needed, and made the whole process incredibly smooth. Within just 30 minutes of meeting Chris, I placed a deposit on the new car, and we had it delivered within five working days of our first visit. Pathetic service department!!! I had my brother’s H6 serviced and before it was due to for a service that had an engine light for low engine oil, when I try to reach out no one has the courtesy to answer the phone and simply left me stranded. Pls avoid this place if you need to peace of mind.
