Overall good experience but not complete
How has this service center achieved 2.6 stars? If I could give it zero, I would. For weeks, my partner tried to book my brand-new Haval Jolion in for a service. No one answers the phone. Ever. The only way to get through is to call the sales department - they’ll answer instantly when they think it means a sale - and then ask to be transferred to service. You can’t leave a voicemail. POOR customer service - Rude and arrogant Manager - Luke I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by a manager named Luke. Instead of offering assistance, he was rude and unprofessional. He raised his voice, stating that the center was too busy to accommodate me and even advised me to go to a different service center. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your commitment to customer care.
