Can’t get through service and sells rep can’t even speak English and each and every word comes out their mouth is, “ we can’t do anything” like seriously if there’s only 1 person handling the service call then hire more people, can’t even take it to private mechanic cuz of warranty but can’t even service at them cuz they never reply nor pick their calls. Even after leaving 10000000 voice msgs no 1 calls back. When it comes to sells they at ur service but when it comes our service then sorry me no English

How has this service center achieved 2.6 stars? If I could give it zero, I would. For weeks, my partner tried to book my brand-new Haval Jolion in for a service. No one answers the phone. Ever. The only way to get through is to call the sales department - they’ll answer instantly when they think it means a sale - and then ask to be transferred to service. You can’t leave a voicemail.
