I had a very disappointing experience with Chris, the manager. From the very beginning, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for a test drive because I was genuinely interested in buying a car, he bluntly told me to come another day, saying he was busy. Had my car booked in for a service on 12/12/25 and when I arrived the guy on counter didn't know what he was talking about..Even looking up records on computer he got it all wrong.. Arrived at 7.30am after taking a day off work only to be so disappointed and leaving in disgust and not even asking me or a follow up call to see if they could do anything for me.. Terrible service.. Lucky for the 1 star
Visited a couple of months ago with a friend who was test driving, looking to buy. Ladies. The salesman tried to look up my skirt, and when he couldn't, he blatantly tried from a different angle. If you know, you know. I felt so uncomfortable. This place is not a safe space for females, get your car elsewhere
Avoid this business like a plague. $718 Service, I took the car home, coolant reservoir was empty with the lid open, opened the air box , air filter had not been changed, oil all over the engine bay and more, God knows if they even changed the oil and the fuel filter. Very disappointing
