Very Disappointing Service Experience Absolutely terrible experience with this dealership’s service department. The customer service is seriously lacking it's like they’re doing you a favor by even talking to you. What’s worse is that the entire staff disappears for an hour long lunch break at the same time, leaving customers waiting around with no one to help. This dealership and sales team is an experience to be avoided. If you can buy your car anywhere else but here. Appealing, rude, arrogant and just downright disappointing.
