We had the onion rings as an appetizer. My husband had the fried shrimp platter and I had The Delacroix. All was delicious and the service was great and we were served in a timely matter. I’d definitely return.
If you’re looking for great seafood at a reasonable price this my friends is the place for you to visit. Awesome cooks here. Two thumbs up

Great shuckers and oysters
I lived in BR before there was a Parain’s. Back in the beginnings of the Chimes. Parrain’s is the best back to the future south Louisiana fare! Great atmosphere. Excellent service. It is always my first stop for some boudin balls, hush puppies. A cold Abita, a raw dozen- Maybe half dozen char broiled too and, then - mais yeah! etouffe, whenever I get back to BR.
Yummy We got there at closing, but the staff was very kind and give insight with traffic info. AND welcome me to Baton Rouge for my new adventure.
I love this place especially the Cole slaw with the p-nuts in it! Always busy so you know it’s good!!
