This is the first time I've used Parrin's. A friend refered them. They came out twice and they were prompt, professional and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves very well. -- Update Sept 2024 - They came out today for annual service. I have used other Lennox service people in the past who were not familiar with how my Lennox unit operates. The technician showed up on time. He was courteous and knowledgeable about my Lennox unit. He repaired my unit and provided expert maintenance advice regarding its care throughout its lifetime. I highly recommend utilizing this company for your air conditioning service.
This company recently installed my air. They did a great job. However something else happened and we experienced a problem. We called on a Saturday to report the issue. It was something that usually did not happen. They came that Saturday at 8 He came after he had attended church. He fixed the problem very quickly I am very pleased with this company and would differently recommend them
