My grandmother suffers from the dementia and this doctor has been less than helpful in this event. Her dementia has become worse and quite frankly its getting ahead of us and we're to just trying to catch up. There's so much to it, it's extremely stressful and time consuming especially because she is on Medicare. The doctor is making it extremely difficult to access her medical records, charging more than the medical board of California allows and requiring I provide a USB.
