Stafford place is a very safe property !!! The management is phenomenal & always handle problems very well. They develop great relationships with their residents & make them feel like family ! This morning I woke to a full presence of Police after a gentleman visiting our complex was shot and killed. The safety of this complex has been in question for a few years now. I live alone and I have neighbors children who beat on my door stick things over my perp whole and agitate my dogs up on my patio. I’ve lived here since 2018. I worked for this company for many years. At first it was amazing! Then the original regional was fired for expressing her opinion and vice president of 15 years resigned because he felt so strongly about how they wronged everyone. Ever since the change, it has been very poorly managed by the new upper management. Employees are treated as puppets and not allowed to help residents at all. I’ve been Living at the Reserve At Smith Crossing since October 10. There has been wall hammering from water lines, that I have complained about repeatedly. It is driving me insane, It is 10:30 at night right now and I am currently hearing the loud banging within my walls. I will end up putting a hole in the wall so that I can try to fix it because Maintenance can’t figure it out. But I’m not great with drywall and I don’t know the color of the paint. I need the constant knocking sound to stop
