I took my husband's truck in to get the AC High-pressure inlet fixed. I had to wait for two hours, and when the guy finally got back to me he said it would cost almost $600. I said I would wait for my husband to get home from sea and ask him what he thought. Then they tried to change me a $50.00 diagnosis fee. I said why would I have to pay that, I already know exactly what is wrong with it. I still had to pay $20.00 to get my truck keys back!! I felt taken advantage of. Was the utmost pleasant buying experience ever. I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX 3 from my nice and knowledgeable salesman Ray. I had a pre approval from my bank, the talented finance manager Clayton not only got me a drastically better rate through Kitsap Credit Union, I was also able to get an extended warranty and lower my payment. Very happy with everyone here and would highly recommend checking them out when car shopping in the future
