Stay Far From Parr STAY FAR FROM PARR My wife and I have had a terrible experience with Parr and I have taken much time to document this so others can avoid them like the plague. My experience was with Parr Outlet/Design Center in Tukwila WA which led me to the Parr Company offices in Hillsboro, Oregon which led me to their Portland Outlet/Design Center. Amazing Values! We went to this showroom and found some excellent values on cabinets. THey were truly high quality cabinets, and the prices were unbeatable. The big home improvement chains couldn't come close to Parr!
Poor communications We have been through all kinds of construction projects, and just had our worst experience ever with Parr Cabinet Outlet. We decided to hire Parr Cabinet Outlet to remodel our kitchen based on the idea that having the same company design the kitchen and install it would eliminate the typical communication problems between the person who determines the cabinet pieces that will go into the kitchen and the person who actually installs them. Terrible Worst experience EVER! I was told the 1 drawer that I ordered on 6-15-12 would take 3-4 weeks. It's 8-21-12 and I was just told they don't know how long until it'll be here. I've had to call multiply times. They NEVER return calls and I'm amazed at how much they can screw up an order for 1 drawer. Will NEVER do business with them again. For ANY price!
Many locations Parr's has a lot of locations in Portland but I find this one the best. The sales staff is friendly and really looks out for your budget plus get you the best.
great place We haven't buy anything from Parr outlet yet but the moment we entered in store we got help.... Nice staff, service and hopefully will get good bid on our project.....
