Great cabinets but consistently very poor service and no follow through unless I call to ask where my product is. Nearly 3 mo ( so far)to get cabinet rolling shelves expected originally in 10 days) due to multiple mistakes by B.A. and repeatedly dropping the ball. Each time my project was put back to bottom of shelving production list. We recently purchased a small run of AristoKraft cabinets from Parr and were very disappointed with our experience. We are upgrading our kitchen in stages, and doing the work ourselves. We wanted good quality cabinets that would last as long as the 1960's original ones we were removing. Nothing fancy, no trims, crazy doors etc. Instead the salesperson directed us to AristoKraft assuring us they were excellent cabinets and there was not really a difference between them and the next price point up.
