I am thoroughly impressed with Parr. My car has been fixed by them and it looks amazing. They came to me via recommendation and they most definitely exceeded my expectations. They kept me in the loop during the repair process, very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Always took the time to answer any questions I had regarding my vehicle with respect and professionalism. Highly recommend Parr for your vehicle needs.

5 star experience all around. They did the SGI assessment of the collision, booked my repair, organized the rental vehicle and had it waiting for me at drop off. Repairs were done beautifully, the inside of my vehicle was vacuumed, the outside was washed and they even gave me a bag of cookies on my way out the door! Highly recommend the Parr Team for all your repair needs!
The communication from the staff at Parr is over the top. My vehicle was repaired professionally and promptly and I was kept in the loop as to the progress every step of the way. They detailed my car and provided me with delicious cookies. As much as I hope I don’t need to use them again, if I find myself needing a body shop I will go back without hesitation.
I was referred to Parr Auto Parr Auto Body by a friend of mine. Their customer service is off the scale like no other I know.
