Been here for a week now, so take this with a grain of salt, but move in has been really nice. Staff are very accommodating, communicative, miraculously they seem to communicate with each other too. The apartment is nice, clean, the location is great. It was beautiful to see the community out and about in the evening, taking walks, walking dogs, chilling at the pool. The park is nearby, the free bus goes straight into downtown Tempe and to the transit center. CORNISH PASTY is a 5 min walk away! All in all, really good experi... read more

Below I’ve taken the time to write a comprehensive review of what you’ll be getting when living here, weighing the pros and cons in an unbiased way based on my own experience. Really ghetto spot. Smells like weed 24/7 and lots of noise from the planes outside.The apartment people don't care when you complain about anything either. No one replies to emails or nothing, and a robot answers when you call their phone number. Only benefit of this place is that the rent isn't too bad. You have to deal with bad customer service though.
