Manager Lydia is a pleasure to work with. Her maintenance team is top notch.The property is always clean and well maintained.
Been here 2 months and my rent has been raised twice. Also we are paying for services we don’t need or want .
I would say overall okay. I moved from out of state so it’s what I found based on good location. The trash valet service that we pay for sometimes comes, sometimes does not. The AC unit is so unbelievably loud and had maintenance come out twice to see if they could fix it and there was nothing they could do. Essentially just said to live with it. Glad to call ParQ at 50 Home!! Just a week in and Loving it.
Current resident here, the buildings are infested with roaches. This is a fact as we have had pest control come into our apartment 4 times in 2 months and there are still roaches everywhere, day and night. Either the pest control is a sad excuse for a company, or the building is simply infested with roaches. I can't ask them to resolve this anymore, it is what it is.
