Current resident here, the buildings are infested with roaches. This is a fact as we have had pest control come into our apartment 4 times in 2 months and there are still roaches everywhere, day and night. Either the pest control is a sad excuse for a company, or the building is simply infested with roaches. I can't ask them to resolve this anymore, it is what it is.

Thank you Lydia and Elizabeth! I didn’t think I’d ever write a glowing review about an apartment managers, but here we are. They deserves a trophy… or at least a lifetime supply of coffee. Every time something goes wrong, they fix it so fast I start wondering if they caused the problem just to show off😂. On top of that, they’re actually nice—like, remembers-your-name-and-doesn’t-avoid-eye-contact nice. It’s unsettling in the best way. Living here is great, but having an awesome manager is the real luxury.
NEVER move here, my mother is disabled and they are evicting her for their own system being down when payment was due, they will NOT help you out and are horrible people.
The leasing staff are the reason I’ve lived here twice now. The units are affordable and the location is close to everything you need. The neighbors are all super friendly as well. I’m very thankful for Lydia!
