Moved in over a month ago just like any other apartment complex there was a water issue BUT Trey is on top of it letting you know about the water being off and the times it will be off.. it’s fixed now tho. And the maintenance man is amazing he is always there to help had a few little things wrong when I moved in but he fixed them ASAP .. but very family friendly ask the kids they all play outside by apartment lol but even the kids are polite. First year and a half was fine. Since December 2025, we have not had reliable hot water. Hot showers are non existent. Management claims it’s a mix valve issue, but have made no attempts to fix the issue, or reach out with further information. When a maintenance ticket is made, it is immediately closed without any follow up from the office.
