Paroni was able to fit me into her busy schedule on short notice. It was a video call but I felt like we were in the office together.
Paroni always takes the time to really understand what is going on with me. She shows genuine concern and listens to my concerns and my desires.

I’d give it no stars if I could. Doctor Gupta left for a flight instead of seeing a patient and referred me to go elsewhere. The staff is about as competent as a brick wall. AVOID
This place opens at 8 am. I called at 8:05 and couldn't get anyone on the line. I called back at 8:35 to try and get an appointment for today because i'm not feeling well (cough, fever, headache, aching muscles, nasal congestion, not sleeping at night). I was told that the earliest sick appointment is the next day at 11:30. EDITED: Please keep in mind that once you see Paroni, she is great. The low rating is because of the wait to get an appointment when sick.
