Their honesty and integrity. I went in fully expecting to spend a good amount for my problem. By the time they were done, I was safely back on the road and out only $10.
took my van there today to have them help me fix the handicap ramp as 2 bolts had popped out. Tech was on it right away, fixed and checked all the ramp bolts replaced missing nuts and said I was done, no charge! WOW thank you!
I took my car to Parneys in December 2016 because my car would not start. I had AAA tow it to Parney's and they replaced my alternator. My car ran great until last week when it stalled out on the way home from Jonesville. I had it towed home and purchased a new battery. My car ran fine for 3 days then died again. Something was draining my battery. I called Parney's and took the car in and they determined that the alternator they installed previously had failed. I did not have to pay for the new alternator. Best customer service around! ALWAYS honest and up front. We have always been very well taken care of by Parneys whether auto problems or U Haul rental.
