Dr. Parnes is the best! He personally cleans your teeth vs pushing you off on a hygienist. The office is always flexible and personal. You’re treated like a member of the family.
VERY Rude and impolite receptionist. If you can not handle customers over the phone and be helpful and respectful you would cause the business great damage. I would not recommend them. Better to stay away and look into your other options!
Best dentist I've been to! Are you tired of the corporate places, called "Lucky Smiles" or something, where they hire people straight out of dental school and treat you like a number, and want to see an experienced neighborhood dentist? This is your guy! He's been doing it for a long time, and knows his stuff. He personally did my cleaning, not putting it off on a hygienist. Also, they take a variety of insurance options! We have been seeing to Dr. Parnes for years. He and his staff always make you feel comfortable and they never double book appointments like other places that may have 4 appointments scheduled for 2:30. If you have that 2:30 spot, it is all yours. It feels like visiting friends rather than an assembly line like so many of these corporate dental places. The exam rooms are private. it is you, Dr. Parnes and his assistant. A very safe environment.
