Dr. Parnes is EXCELLENT!! I would recommend him to others without second guessing. This is my first time finding a optometrist that knows what is he is doing. Most importantly, he cares for his patients. He took extra time to explain so that I understood what was going on with my eyes. The staff is great and very informative.
