The docs here are generally quite good, though occasionally a bit of a mixed bag. Some are great - really great (we had great experiences with Drs. Mailander, McKay, and May); but in a clinic-type environment like this one (and I gather most peds offices are like this these days) that makes things a bit of a crapshoot (our less-good experiences were mostly with one doc who has left the practice).
