Went for my annual exam. It went very well. When it came time to select my frame, I had no help. There was an optician there but she sat behind the desk and nothing to help me. There was a female employee that just followed me around. When I returned to pick up my glasses, the only person there was the same female employee. I wasn't able to get my glasses adjusted. The female employee told me she knew nothing about adjusting frames because she was a retired school teacher and just helped out (?). So I have a pair of glasses ... read more

Staff was friendly an great service
I’m not much for visiting doctors of any type but my visit with Dr. Parnes and staff was a very comfortable one. Everyone was professional yet friendly and Dr. Parnes displayed a sincere interest in my issues. Thank you for a pleasant experience and I will be returning.
