Incompetent property management. They’ll never answer or get back to you. DONT LEASE FROM THEM!!!!!!! Their onsite property managers are THE WORST. Mine works a job that leaves her unavailable to do her job and the company doesn’t care. The property on Roxbury is honestly dangerous. I’ve had to file 2 police reports because of tenants. I had a girl try to fight me in the PUBLIC laundry room for using the dryer she was waiting on.
