Diabolical. Rude uneducated staff. Dirty practice. Looks like hasn’t been cleaned in about a year. WORST DENTIST IVE EVER BEEN TO.
Absolutely amazing man. Went in as emergency with split tooth. Once their discovered my wisdom tooth had a massive hole. I opted to have that one out as well to save myself issues in the future. I had to have anesthetic injection and absolutely terrified of needles. But I didn't feel a thing. He was so kind and helpful. I'm normally scared of dentists, I have autism and asbergers but was completely put at ease by the amazing service I got. I highly recommend Brian parnell. He's been an absolute godsend. The worst emergency dentist appointment ever. This man is rude and clearly does not care about his patients.He Told me I had nothing wrong with my tooth, A week later I went to my actual dentist at the clock and turns out I have a cavity and need 2 wisdom teeth removed. Save your teeth and go somewhere else!
My 9 year old daughter had an appointment the dentist was very rude and made my daughter who has an abscess really upset and distraught. Nothing was done and was told she needs to wait to have her teeth extracted for it to go away. This has left my daughter upset, in pain and scared about going to dentists again. 1 star is being generous
I agree with the other negative comments. I will never return. Mr Parnell was unprofessional and rude. I gave him the benefit of the doubt when I first saw him as an emergency. My follow up appt was just as bad. He also got me mixed up with another patient - who I happened to know.
