RecommendedThis was our first time with the "COVID-19 way of doing things" remotely from the parking lot and it couldn't have gone smoother! We love your office and the treatment our pets get. The people get treated pretty nicely too. Every time we go in, we are met with pleasant smiles and great, caring service!

She always provides clear explanations of what is going on with our pets, and provides plenty of details, choices, and her recommendation. RecommendedDr. Stein has been extremely responsive, caring, and helpful through a tough year for our dog. I am happy to say that our dog seems to be overcoming her immune disease and no one could be more invested and so more thrilled than Dr. Stein. Dr. Stein did not give up on our dog and we are fortunate that she hasn't as we have been able to have our faithful companion for a full year and counting since starting her battle with the immune disease.

RecommendedI cannot fully express how much I love the staff at Parmer Lane. When one of my dogs started having health concerns I felt like they really cared for my dog. They greeted him with love every time they saw him and really listened to all of my questions, without making me feel like a crazy lady. When our big boy passed over the rainbow bridge, they called me and mailed me a very sweet, handwritten letter. I will never forget the love and support they gave me on one of the hardest days of my life. I am forever grateful.
RecommendedWe take our beloved cat, Desdemona, to the wonderful Dr. Bryant at Parmer Lane Pet Hospital and have taken our cats there ever since it opened for business. The doctors, techs, and support staff are top-notch and caring, the facility is clean and inviting, and we highly recommend them! Our Grandkittens go there, too!
RecommendedPup Shadow ate chocolate and we all know that’s a huge NO NO! Parmer Lane Immediately went into action and she’s doing much better thank you to Dr. Bryant and tech Rachel Bell. TIme is important when a dog eats chocolate and they waisted none processing my fur love baby asap! Thank you!!!!
