Company switched our insurance, found this place because it was close to home. Very nice and professional staff. In the days of little to no customer service, I recommend them. They explained the treatment plans and billing.
I have never had an issue with going to the dentist until now. This office took on new patients even though it was closing! They told me I needed a deep cleaning (which I believed, since I didn't go to the dentist for a couple years) and then charged me over $700 for the visit. I later found out from insurance that I only needed to pay $200. I am trying to get a reimbursement for the over charge, but don't know how well that will work out since they're closing. Great dental work by Dr. Shah..They are always so helpful! This place is closing in a few weeks!! Dr. Shah is opening her own practice in Liberty Hill and this location is moving to South Park Meadows shopping center!! Their new name is Meadows Dental Care which is currently open!! Highly recommend this place & team!!
They charged me for items that had already been paid by my insurance. I called and they removed the charges. However, their accounting department still sent me bills as of 9/2022 and the service date was back in 4/2022. Today 9/10/22, I received a bill from a debt collector. Go ahead and add this to my credit, I will dispute it with the credit bureau starting with Karma Credit. I don’t care even though it is only $35. Terrible customer service. Have been trying to schedule an appointment here for two weeks now with no luck. I was told I needed to have my insurance fax them a letter of assignment before I could schedule an appointment, and that they would call me to schedule lonce they received it. Never got a call so called them and the lady who answers the phone was very rude and said she would never make that promise to anyone and she’s the only one that works the front desk.
