Parmele Disability Advocates were helpful in filling out the initial paperwork. Once I turned in the paperwork there was little contact. I tracked everything myself on the ssa.gov website and notified them when tasks were completed. They had me submit replies through their team so everything could be tracked. I was approved the first time and since I was not owed any backpack from Social Security the were no charges. Did what they said they were going to do and got it done in a timely manner. Communication is poor. Best to do through email rather than calling.
They was very effective in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone that needs help filing for ssi.
Everyone at parmelea is wonderful and very knowledgeable about what they do if you need help they are there ready to do the best they can God bless them they helped get my life back on track and we're kind along the way ❤️ 😊
