Parmele Disability Advocates were helpful in filling out the initial paperwork. Once I turned in the paperwork there was little contact. I tracked everything myself on the ssa.gov website and notified them when tasks were completed. They had me submit replies through their team so everything could be tracked. I was approved the first time and since I was not owed any backpack from Social Security the were no charges.
