I am so pleased with the excellent care my elderly family members receive from Parmedica. As I work on the other side of the world for much of the year, caring for them myself on a daily basis is simply impossible. Parmedica provides them the necessary care they need when I am away, and I have the assurance that they are being well taken care of. It was such a comfort to know that they are in good loving hands.
We do not have words to express our gratitude and appreciation for the assistance you all gave to our grandfather. Our time with Parmedica was brief but your service was enormous in our situation. Your agency's talent and care in selecting the perfect caregivers was perfect! From the moment we met our caregivers, we all knew that Grandpa was in gentle, caring hands. Parmedica looks after my 78-year-old mother. Before registering with them, my brother and I would take turns responding to her calls, trying to balance her needs with the needs of our individual families. Eventually when we were on the brink of nervous breakdowns, we called Parmedica. They assigned us a Nurse who met with the 3 of us (my mother, brother and I).
