“Over the past year, I reported multiple maintenance issues that were deferred repeatedly. I was told on more than one occasion that the issues had been resolved, but when I checked, the repairs had not actually been completed. This resulted in ongoing problems in the unit and significant frustration. Despite being one of the first residents of the building and experiencing ongoing deferred maintenance, my request to keep my rent the same rather than increasing by $100 was declined.”
The maintenance team here is outstanding, both responsive and reliable. Special shout-out to Isaac for always being friendly and very helpful!
Just moved in and so far I love it! Hallways, stairwells, parking garage are always clean! Kira at the leasing offiice was SO helpful and was so patient with my application process! Everyone here is very nice and they all seem like they enjoy working here :)
This property is drop dead gorgeous. Inside the units are luxury finishes that you often see in modern style million dollar homes. The skyline views on the skydeck will be great for working from home or entertaining guest. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The property sits in a prime time location.
