LaJill was a breath of fresh air. She was very pleasant and greeted me with a smile. She was very knowledgeable and made the apartment process effortlessly. I’m so glad I decided to live here. Highly recommend living at RT Dairies and asking for LaJill!
Beware: The majority of the 5 star reviews are botted. People that only toured the complex, leaving 5-stars. Really strange. As far as the complex goes: -Pool gets hardly any sun, completely surrounded by the buildings -no parking for guests -general layout of everything feels forced and tight
Management is unresponsive to requests and will frequently tack on additional charges.
I really enjoyed my tour of RT Dairies with LAJILL. This tour was perfect because there were real life situations/crisis happening during my visit and I was able to witness her handle every situation with professionalism and care ensuring and seeing to it that the needs of the residents were met while also keeping the community safe versus asking a what if questions and being told what I wanted to hear.
