Worst dining experience in recent memory. My wife and I have eaten there many times over many years as have the couple we were with. Amount of wallkins/reservations totally overwhelmed the staff available who were literally running but unable to keep up.Twenty minutes for drinks``well over an hour for food. Noise level did not permit any sort of normal conversation. Where is management or don't they care anymore. For this we paid over $100.00??? Yes .
Update~ The reason for not reaching out is because there is no point for me to reach back out. First impressions are everything. Going to places as fancy as STK or Capital grill. To as basic as IHOP, I have never been treated with such ill will and disrespect. I have zero tolerance for disrespectful staff especially after how we were nothing but nice.
