Every time I come to the office, the property manager is so nice and helpful. She answers every question I have and goes above and beyond to find answers. My experience with the staff has been positive every time and is one of the main reasons I love living here so much.
PARMA Park West is the best! I moved here in December. I have a Two bedroom apartment with a balcony And I absolutely love living here. Glori The manager made my initial inquiries and transition easy, she is delightful, and always helpful. I can’t believe I found a place that has 24 hour maintenance with really great guys. In the winter time they even shovel walkways for people who have garages. The neighborhood is great shopping is close. Even in the winter time I can walk to shopping if I want. I have lived here over 17 years. I have never had a problem. I face the park and Glori, the complex manager allowed me to put in a garden. I love my home here and it will be difficult to leave. My neighbors are wonderful, my girlfriends and I love the heated pool and there are activities to keep us occupied. You can't beat the rent including the garage if you decide to rent one. Parma park east manager is excellent at her position. She is on the ball with everything and knows how to speak to the residents in a professional caring manner. The maintenance crew is great, no complaints at all.
