On the day of my appointment I was turned away by the receptionists after they claimed that my insurance was not accepted at this location. This appointment was set three weeks in advance and they decide to verify my insurance(which I've never had any issues with anyone accepting BCBS at UH) at the time of my appointment. Good to know Parma Hospital still employes people that can't read or are not proactive in verifying insurance before the appointment. Dr. Tabbaa and Andrea are very good: caring and professional. Some of the staff are inept and do not follow up or return calls. Because of that and UH awful "epic" computer system, you have to wait three (3) months for an appointment to help with chronic pain; that is the reason for one star and is unacceptable when you are in pain.
I love the staff at Conner Pain Center. I have received exceptional care, and have never had any issues.
