Worked with Karen who has been extremely accommodating and responsive. Units are clean. Nice rear access. Winter and Summer: inside temperature has been stable in my experience.
Very secure, well lit, convenient location. The owner and management are very nice and helpful if you need anything!

I have been using Parma Climate Controlled Storage now for several years and have nothing but great things to say about the facility. The accommodations are great. Very secure, easy to facilitate, and the location is convenient as can be. The staff is great. It's always clean and comfortable in the actual building, and if there has ever been an issue , someone is there to help almost immediately.
