Summer was professional and made me feel so comfortable during my wax!! She did an amazing job and I would recommend her to any of my family members or friends!! Stacey did a great job on my manicure for my wedding. Was very efficient also!! Wasn't as chatty as I would have liked her to be BUT was so very nice. The Palour is an adorable location I will definitely be back!! ❤️

I really appreciate Crystal's personal customer service and attention to each patron. Wow, I am sure the Parlor recognizes the extraordinary employee Crystal is! I absolutely adore Carly, my hair stylist , nail care specialist and she does facials too! She is very attentive and very knowledgeable of the latest trends with hair and nails. She is always punctual and professional in meeting her clients needs.
The service is exceptional. You are always welcome with a smile and they make you and treat you like a queen.
