Made this salon to be my new home for my hair! Amazing customers service. Everyone is so nice and professional. My stylist Scarlett did such an amazing job to my hair I feel so beautiful. I've gotten so many compliments on my hair it's incredible. The salon is gorgeous very clean and the people who work at the front desk are so welcoming. Love this place.
I get my haircutting services from Shelby, and she is one of the most qualified people. Before the service, just let her know to keep the hard‑bristle styling brushes away from your eyes and not resting on the edge of your eyes for minutes, because that can cause damage to your eyes having metallic pins next to them without any precaution. Go see Kayleigh y’all! First time client here and I had the best experience, was greeted by the friendly girls at the front and shown the waiting area and offered a beverage before Miss Kaleigh came over to introduce herself. Had a mini consult to go over what I wanted and she offered additional add on services and explained what each one was and the different benefits. I absolutely loved the service here! It was a bit tricky to find the place, but when I walked in, I was offered a drink and everyone was very friendly. Overall had a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely visit again!
Cassidi was so intentional—she asked me all sorts of questions about what I was envisioning and repeatedly confirmed that she was making the choices (tone, root, ect) I wanted!! I have never felt more pretty and confident in a haircut and highlights in my entire life!! This was my first visit to Parlour and I will definitely be back Cassidi was a dream.
