Go anywhere else in Huntington Beach worst hair color and stylist here what a mess of a salon with a non existent incompetent owner. The receptionist is the only thing I could say was positive
Stay away from the salon they have no idea what they’re doing. ESPECIALLY ALEXIS. They claim to have hair color that does the job in 20 minutes which doesn’t exist. They falsify doing the work and tell you it’ll show later. The level of the lies and terrible work done is insane. I will post pictures soon. Their front desk stuff is an embarrassment and while I had my hair done, I witnessed the poor man come in saying his wife could not bear the thought of coming back after they destroyed her hair and refused to refund her. Terrible and two people I know have told me the same battling their banks to get refunds for their awful work. Called in spoke to what sounded like a kid no manners no professionalism. Bad ownership
