After some frustration with how my original experience went in asking to go blonder, I am over the moon with the end result after I came back in. The owner was very kind and communicative — she made me feel comfortable when I voiced my concerns originally and set me up with Jillian— the exact reason I came to parlor salon was for blonding! **update** I’ve spent over $600 with this salon for (2) blonding appointments. My 2nd appointment I left dissatisfied with my hair color as it was toned darker than asked for. I called weeks later after being told it’d wash out and never received a call back from the salon after being told they’d fix it.
