I've come to this salon yearly for 3 years and I won't go anywhere else! Today I had Kaylee doing my hair and she got my vision of what I wanted down to a T! She was so sweet and attentive and I actually fell asleep in her chair it was so relaxing! I can't wait to go back next year! I won’t share the stylists name because I feel this is a reflection of the salon, and how the salon determines what level a stylist is. My appointment was with a “Level 4” stylist for a haircut. That’s it, a simple haircut. I clearly explained what I wanted, had pictures, we had a conversation about it. I asked for a few inches off with it a little longer in the front. Words cannot express how highly I recommend Kaitlyn for lashes!!! She is just SO good. I have gone to other lash technicians in the Concord area and she out ranks them all! She has never pinched, poked, or hurt me plus she is very professional, friendly, and thorough. I have never been disappointed with my lashes when she is done. 😊

I highly recommend seeing Kaitlyn for lash extensions! She’s very attentive to natural lash health which was my biggest concern getting into lashes. She always makes sure they’re perfect, and we always have the best chats! I’d give her 1000 stars if I could!!!!
