I don’t typically leave reviews, but I was extremely disappointed with the customer service at Parlor Doughnuts. I was excited to try their vegan doughnuts and ordered an assorted dozen, only to be surprised at home by 12 unusually small doughnuts. Hoping the flavor would compensate, I tasted one—unfortunately, it was grainy, mushy, and lacked the signature flaky texture of their regular doughnuts.
