The food was amazing! Very friendly, good vibes.
A coffee shop and their “espresso machine is down”?? Seriously?? I asked for a honey bear latte and the lady replies with “we don’t customize doughnuts”. The Racetrack location is a perfect example of how businesses SHOULD be conducted at the beaches location as well. Please train your employees properly if you want this location to perform adequately.
The place is cute and the doughnuts are good, but the service is extremely slow. I waiting 10-15 minutes for a doughnut that was already pre-made in a display case. (Just the doughnut no coffee or anything.) Also received the wrong one lol
First time here and the service was great! Greeted with a smile and felt like they wanted my business.. Coffee and donuts were perfect. I will definitely be back!
I absolutely love Parlor Doughnuts. Joseph is always friendly and informative. The doughnuts and coffee are very delicious! Update from 9/21/25: the service was completely flipped from normal. Usually, Joseph is there in the mornings and is always friendly, patient and informative. However this Sunday, a different young man took my order. He seemed annoyed to be there and was unhelpful.
