Excellent food, service and staff. Highly recommend this place.
Parlor is fantastic!
Freaking horrible service. No sense of urgency when waiting on customers. Place is run by teenagers essentially who seem to care less about acknowledging customers. Even with the female owner present, there is a serious problem with getting an order filled. Look we all have choices… mine was to leave after several minutes of no interaction. Not even busy. You can keep the kronut. I’m not recommending anyone be treated with disrespect. Too bad, Parlor. Lost another customer.
Way overpriced Vegan and gluten free options. Nearly double the price, a quarter the size and taste is meh. Go to Sugar Creek for a good vegan doughnut. Pictured is a couple vegan options I snagged and the other is a half dozen of regular. Such a disappointment. Why charge outrageously for the cheap cake based options?
