A Hidden Gem in Dobbs Ferry! Amazing Family Practice. I can't recommend Parlor Dental enough! This is a true family-run business and you can feel the warmth and care the moment you walk in. Dr. Igor is fantastic and gentle, Lucy the hygienist is incredibly thorough and friendly, and the girls who run the front desk make everything (from scheduling to insurance) an absolute breeze. Honestly so happy with my visit and my teeth/cleaning. Office is immaculate, very clean. Staff is super friendly, also responsive outside of the office. There was no wait time. I had a thorough check up, Dr chikonov reviewed my x rays with me and fixed my cavity which was painless and quick. Hygienist was extremely thorough, detailed, and made sure I was comfortable during my cleaning. Easily a five. There isn't one part of this office that could run better. The scheduling is easy and flexible, the environment is pleasant, the equipment is new, and the staff are extremely friendly and professional. I've had a few cleanings by Dr. Chikunov, and they have been super detail oriented. And, they always offer to clean my mouthguard if I remember to bring it in. I love the family practice. I love the modern, clean feel of the office. Best teeth cleaning I ever had. The only dentist office that explains your xrays in detail so you understand what you are seeing. They explain what is being done in your visit, your bill, your insurance and what's your responsibility. Extremely polite family! Highly recommend!!!
Just had my first experience after moving back into the area and needing a new dentist. By far one of the best dental experiences I've had. The staff and Nicole at the front desk were all very pleasant and made me feel comfortable and welcomed.
