We used Parlor City a few years ago when we updated our bathroom and living room. When we decided to finally update our stairway and hall, they were the only contractor we called. It was not a large job, but with 5 doorways and walls two stories tall, it was very detailed. The craftsmen were very particular with the final finish. Friendly guys, too. We are very happy with the finished job.
We have been using Parlor City Construction and Property Services since 2010. During that time Marc and his staff have completed numerous gut rehab projects for us throughout the Binghamton area. Marc and his staff have an attentiveness to detail and have been able to overcome all the challenges that were presented. Parlor City continues to be our contractor of choice for all our needs. You won't meet a more honest contractor than Marc.
Parlor City Drywall & Painting does excellent work in a timely fashion I'm very pleased with the work they produce and would recommend them to anyone they're drywall and floor installers are top notch their painters and Carpenters are fantastic at what they do keep up the good work!
Had some painting and finishing work done by these guys and they knocked it out of the park !! Excellent painting. Would definitely recommend and have them do all of my painting in the future. Thanks guys!!
I contracted them to do work. It took way too long and is of poor quality. They did flooring which came up right away. My advice is simple...stay away. I met this company by participating through a grant program being administered by a local county in the State of New York. After the project was completed, the county removed Parlor City Drywall and Painting from their Contractor List.
